The VII. Chapter.

F   The whole congregaci&obar; as one m&abar;, was two and fortye thousande there hundreth, and thre score: besyde their seruauntes and maydes, of whom there were seuen thousande, thre hundreth and seu&ebar; and thirtye. And they had two hundreth and seuen and fortie synginge men and wemen, seuen hundreth and sixe and thirtie horses, two h&ubar;dreth and fyue and fortie Mules, foure hundreth and fyue and thirtie Camels: sixe thousande, seu&ebar; hundreth and twentye Asses.

And certayne of the awnci&ebar;t fathers gaue vnto the worke. Hathirsatha gaue to the treasure a thousande guldens, fiftie basens, fyue hundreth and thyrtie prestes garmentes. And some of the chefe fathers gaue vnto þe; treasure of the worke, tw&ebar;tye thousande guldens, two thousande and two hundreth po&ubar;de of siluer. And the other people gaue tw&ebar;tye thousande guldens, and two thousande pounde of siluer, and seu&ebar; and thre score prestes garmentes. And the prestes and Leuites, the Porters, the syngers, and the other of the people, and the Nethinims, and all Israel, dwelt in their cities.
