1 `Jhesu spak thes thingis, and the y&yogh;en
lift vp in to heuene, he seide, Fadir, the
our cometh, clarifie thi sone, that thi sone
clarifie thee.
2 As thou hast &yogh;ouun to him
power of ech fleisch, `or man, that al
thing that thou hast &yogh;ouun to hym, he
&yogh;yue to hem euerlasting lyf.
3 Forsothe
this is euerlasting lyf, that thei knowe
thee aloone verry God, and whom thou
sentist, Jhesu Crist.
4 I haue clarifyed thee
on erthe, I haue endid the werk, that thou
hast &yogh;ouun to me, that I do.
5 And now,
fadir, clarifie thou me at thi silf, with
clerenesse that I hadde at thee, bifore the
world was maad.
6 I haue schewid thi
name to the men, whiche thou hast
&yogh;ouun to me of the world; thei weren
thine, and thou hast &yogh;ouun hem to me,
and thei han kept thi word.
7 And now
thei han knowun, for alle thingis that
thou hast &yogh;ouun to me, ben of thee.

thou, fadir, in me, and I in thee, that and
