And his modir seide to him, Sone, what hast thou don to vs thus? Lo! thi fadir and I sorwynge han sou&yogh;t thee. 49   And he seith to hem, What is it that &yogh;e sou&yogh;ten me? wisten &yogh;e not, for in tho thingis that ben `of my fadir, it bihoueth me to be? 50   And thei vndirstoden not the word, which he spak to hem. 51   And he cam doun with hem, and cam to Nazareth, and was suget to hem. And his modir kepte to gidere alle thes wordis, beringe to gidere in hir herte. 52   And Jhesu profitide in wysdom, age, and grace, anemptis God and men.
