1 And the Lord spak to Moyses, seiynge,

2 I haue clepid Beseleel bi name, the
sone of Hury, sone of Hur, of the lynage
of Juda;
3 and Y haue fulfillid hym with
the spiryt of God, with wisdom, and vnderstondyng,
and kunnyng in al werk,
4 to
caste what euer thing may be forgid of
gold,
5 and of siluer, and of brasse, marble,
and gemmes, and dyuerste of trees.
6 And
Y haue &yogh;euen to hym a felaw, Ooliab, the
sone of Achisamech, of the lynage of Dan;
and in the herte of eche taw&yogh;t I haue
putte wisdomes, that thei maken alle
thingis that I haue comaundide to thee;
the tabernacle of the boond of pees,
7 and
the arke of witnessyng, and the propiciatorye
that is vpon it, and alle the vessels
of the tabernacle;
8 and the meet bord,
and the vessels of it, the moost puyr candelstik
with his vessels, and the auteers
of the maad ensence,
9 and of the al brent
sacrifice, and alle the vessels of hem; the
lauatorie with his foot;
10 the holi clothes
in the seruyis to Aaron the preest, and
to the sones of hym, that thei vsen hyr
office in sacrid thingis;
11 the oyle of
anoynting, and the maad ensence of
swete smellynge thingis in the seyntuarye;
alle thingis that I haue comaundide
to thee, thei shulen make.
12 And the Lord
spak to Moyses,
13 seiynge, Spek to the

hem, Looketh that &yogh;e kepen myn holy
day, for it is a tokne bitwix me and &yogh;ow
in &yogh;oure generaciouns; that &yogh;e witen for
Y a Lord, that halowith &yogh;ow.
14 Kepith
myn holi day, holi forsothe it is to &yogh;ow;
who so poluteth it, with deth dye he;
who so doth in it werk, shal perishe the
lijf of hym fro the myddil of his puple.
15 Six dayes &yogh;e shulen do werk; in the seuenthe
day is holy day, the holi reste to
the Lord; eche that doth werk in that
day shal dye.
16 The sones of Yrael kepe
thei the holy day, and halowe thei it in
her generaciouns; a couenaunt it is euer
17 durynge bitwix me and the sones of
Yrael, and a perpetuel tokyn; six forsothe
dayes God made heuene and erthe,
and in the seuenthe day fro the werk he
ceside.
18 And the Lord &yogh;af to Moyses fulfillid
thes maner wordes, in the mownt
of Synay, two stonen tablis of witnessyng,
writun with the fyngre of God.
