Note return to page 1 Betterton prepared his stage version of HENRY IV PART 2 (which transposes certain scenes, in addition to making considerable cuts) for his Lincoln's Inn Fields troupe in 1704, and it was still in intermittent use at Drury Lane as late as 1744.
