1 Forsothe of the collectis, or gaderingis
of moneye, that ben maad in to
seyntis, as Y ordeyned in the chirchis of
Galathi,

hym silf, kepinge that that `schal plese
to him, that not whanne I schal come,
thanne be maad collectis.
3 Forsothe
whanne I schal be present, whom &yogh;e
schulen proue bi epistlis, hem I schal
sende for to perfytly bere &yogh;oure grace in
to Jerusalem.
4 For if it schal be worthi
that and I go, thei schulen go with me.
5 Sothli I schal come to &yogh;ou, whanne I schal
passe by Macedonye; forwhi I schal passe
by Macedonye.
6 Sothli perauenture I

`stonde &yogh;e in the feith; do &yogh;e manly, and
`be &yogh;e coumfortid in the Lord,

15 Forsothe,
britheren, I beseche &yogh;ou, &yogh;e han knowen
the hous of Stheuene, the womman, and
of Fortunati, and Acaye, for thei ben the
firste fruytis of Acaye, and in to mynysterie
of seyntis thei han ordeyned hem
silf;
16 that and &yogh;e be sugettis to such, and
to ech worchinge to gidere and trauelinge.
17 Forsothe I enioye in the presence of
Stheuene, `the womman, and of Fortunate,
and Acaye; for thei fulfilliden that
thing that faylide to &yogh;ou;
18 forsoth thei
han `fulfillid and my spirit and &yogh;oure.
Therfore knowe &yogh;e hem, that ben suche
maner men.
19 Alle the chirchis of Asye
greeten &yogh;ou wel. Aquyla and Prisca
greeten &yogh;ou moche in the Lord, at `the
whiche and I am herborid, `with her
homely chirche.
20 Alle britheren greeten
