Note return to page 1 Theobald's adaptation of the last three acts of RICHARD II, which adds pathos to the play by enlarging the role of the Queen and supplying the doomed Aumerle with a heartbroken and ultimately suicidal beloved, Lady Piercy, was acted with some success at Lincoln's Inn Fields in 1719, 1720 and 1721.
