PSALM XXIX. 1 David exhorteth princes to give glory to God, 3 by reason of his power, 11 and protection of his people. ¶2; A Psalm of David.


1   Give to the Lord, O note ye mighty, give to the Lord glory and strength.


2   Give to the Lord, note the glory due to his name; worship the Lord note in the beauty of holiness.


3   The voice of the Lord is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the Lord is upon note many waters.


4   The voice of the Lord is note powerful; the voice of the Lord is note full of majesty.


5   The voice of the Lord breaketh the cedars; yes, the Lord breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.
