&blquo;SCENE V. The same. Another Room in the same* note. &blquo;Enter Eros, and Enobarbus, meeting.

&blquo;Eno.
&blquo;How now, friend Eros?

&blquo;Ero.
&blquo;There's strange news come, sir.

&blquo;Eno.
&blquo;What, man?

&blquo;Ero.
&blquo;Cæsar and Lepidus have made wars upon Pompey.

&blquo;Eno.
&blquo;This is old; what is the success?

&blquo;Ero.

&blquo;Cæsar, having made use of him in the wars 'gainst Pompey, presently deny'd him rivalty; would not let him partake in the glory of the action: and not resting here, accuses him of letters he had formerly wrote to Pompey; upon his appeal, seizes him: so the poor third is up, 'till death enlarge his confine.&brquo;

&blquo;Eno.
&blquo;Then, world, thou hast a pair of chaps, no more;
&blquo;And throw between them all the food thou hast,
&blquo;They'll grind the one the other.—Where is Antony?

&blquo;Ero.
&blquo;He's walking in the garden thus; and spurns
&blquo;The rush that lies before him: cries, Fool Lepidus!
&blquo;And threats the throat of that his officer,
&blquo;That murder'd Pompey.

&blquo;Eno.
&blquo;Our great navy's rigg'd.

&blquo;Ero.
For Italy, and Cæsar. More, Domitius;
&blquo;My lord desires you presently: my news
&blquo;I might have told hereafter.

&blquo;Eno.
&blquo;'Twill be naught:
&blquo;But let it be.—Bring me to Antony.

&blquo;Ero.
&blquo;Come, sir.
[Exeunt.
